About the Internship:
Novation Legal, a New Delhi–based law firm, is inviting applications for a Due Diligence Intern. This is a full-time, on-site paid internship focused on conducting detailed research, analysing data, and preparing comprehensive due diligence reports to support transactional and advisory work.

Location: New Delhi
Position: Due Diligence Intern (Full-time, On-site)
Stipend: Performance-based / Stipend determined based on performance
Joining: Immediate joiners only
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Strong skills in research, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
(ii) Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and data synthesis.
(iii) Understanding of business strategy, risk assessment, and investment analysis.
(iv) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
(v) Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
(vi) Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
(vii) Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (preferably BBA LL.B or B.Com LL.B).
