About the Internship
Mukul Sharma and Company, practising before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT), and District Courts, is inviting applications from committed and diligent law students for a short-term assessment internship during July to September 2025. The internship will be conducted in hybrid mode, including on-site court visits, office work, and remote legal assignments.
Areas of Practice
- Original, Appellate, and Writ Jurisdiction before the High Court of Delhi
- Contested matters before Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs)
- Civil and commercial litigation before District Courts of Delhi
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students:
- 3rd year and above (5-year course)
- 2nd year and above (3-year course)
- Must reside in Delhi-NCR and be readily available for court appearances and conferences
- Strong legal research, drafting discipline, and professional commitment
- Preference to candidates with prior litigation exposure, moot court, or legal research experience
