Internship Details
- Position: Paid Internship / Assessment Internship (Full-Time)
- Location: Delhi
- Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Duration: Minimum 2 months
- Number of Vacancies: 02
Nature of Work
- Conduct in-depth legal research on matters related to trademarks, copyrights, and designs registration, as well as commercial suits under IP laws.
- Assist in preparing IP search reports, application drafts, plaints, cease-and-desist strategies, takedown notices, and IP enforcement actions.
- Review and summarize case laws and contribute articles on relevant IPR topics.
- Gain exposure to litigation files and court visits.

Eligibility Criteria
