Areas of Practice
The internship will offer exposure to:
- Special Leave Petitions before the Supreme Court
- Writ Petitions and Appeal Matters before High Courts
- Civil and Matrimonial Cases
- Criminal Matters
- RERA Cases
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
- Negotiable Instruments Act (N.I. Act)
- Banking and Financial Matters
Position
Law Intern
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students, preferably in their final years
- Strong interest in litigation and legal drafting
- Good research and analytical skills
