About the Internship
Mace Corporate Associates is inviting applications for the position of Intern – IP Team. This is an on-site, paid internship designed for candidates interested in intellectual property, corporate law, and compliance-related work. The internship has a minimum duration of six months and offers hands-on experience in IP and corporate legal matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students or candidates who already hold an LL.B. degree
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research
- Interest in contract law and intellectual property law
- Basic understanding of legal drafting and compliance frameworks
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting legal representations and documents
- Supporting legal opinions, compliance checks, and coordination on ongoing matters
- Assisting in case research, drafting pleadings, and preparing briefs for matters before District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and Tribunals
- Supporting intellectual property matters including trademarks, documentation, basic filings, and hearing support
- Maintaining professional conduct and assisting in legal and compliance-related assignments
