About the Internship:
Legal Thirst Associates is inviting applications for a Remote Legal Research Internship for the month of August 2025. The internship is focused on providing real-time legal exposure through research and drafting assistance in live matters being handled by the firm.
Internship Details:
- Position: Legal Research Intern
- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Mode: Online
- Duration: Minimum 2 months
- Joining: August 2025
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a 5-year B.A.LL.B. course
- Must be from a recognized law university in India
- Strong interest in civil, criminal, writs, or constitutional litigation
- Good legal research and drafting skills
Nature of Work:
- Research on live cases from various courts including:
- District Courts (Haryana, Delhi & Chandigarh)
- Delhi High Court
- Punjab & Haryana High Court (Chandigarh)
- Supreme Court of India
- Drafting legal notes, pleadings, and briefs
- Supporting the litigation team with case-specific legal assistance
