Kunal Khanna & Co. is inviting applications from motivated law students for an on-site internship focused on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), with a particular emphasis on litigation, counterfeit enforcement, and digital infringement. The internship offers practical exposure to real-time IP disputes, enforcement actions, and litigation strategy.
Internship Details
- Position: Legal Intern – IPR
- Location: Jangpura, New Delhi (On-site only)
- Joining: Immediate
- Duration: As per mutual discussion
- Stipend: Not specified
Nature of Work
- Drafting of legal notices, plaints, injunctions, and replies
- Assisting in counterfeit enforcement matters: preparing reports, coordinating with Local Commissioners, and collating evidence
- Research on case law and statutory provisions under the Trade Marks Act, Copyright Act, and procedural laws
- Support in digital infringement cases, including e-commerce/social media takedowns and notices
- Preparing briefs, maintaining case files, and assisting in court hearings
- Assisting in day-to-day office functioning and client communications
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (preferably 3rd year onwards for 5-year course / 2nd year onwards for 3-year course)
- Strong interest in Intellectual Property and commercial litigation
- Good research and drafting skills
- Professional, punctual, and able to work full-time from the office
