Areas of Practice
- Corporate Law and M&A
- Criminal Litigation
- Administrative & Constitutional Law
- Policy Advisory and Compliance
- NCLT, High Courts, Supreme Court, and International Arbitration
Responsibilities
- Legal research and analysis
- Drafting legal documents, filings, and compliance reports
- Attending court proceedings from District to Supreme Court
- Assisting in policy research, structuring, and advisory tasks
- Working directly with senior lawyers and advisory teams
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students from 3rd year onwards (5-year course) or Final year (3-year course)
- Strong interest in litigation, corporate law, and policy matters
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and conduct legal research
- Good communication and drafting skills
