The Institute for Alternative Dispute Resolution (InADR) is inviting applications from passionate and motivated law students for its August 2025 Internship Program. This program offers hands-on experience in mediation, arbitration, negotiation, and community legal outreach, focusing on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in Bharat.
Internship Details
Position: Legal Intern – ADR Focus
Location: InADR Office, Siri Fort Road, New Delhi
Mode: Physical / Hybrid (based on project and participation)
Duration: 1 Month (August 2025)
Joining: August 2025
Application Deadline: 25th July 2025
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. program
- Students in 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. course
- Strong interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
- Commitment to grassroots legal empowerment and teamwork
Nature of Work
- Legal research and writing on ADR laws and global trends
- Observing and assisting in live mediation and arbitration sessions
- Participating in awareness initiatives like Sandhi Sanwad
- Attending interactive sessions with senior mediators and arbitrators
- Contributing to community-focused conflict resolution projects
