About the Internship
Insight Direct India Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from law graduates for a six-month In-House Legal Traineeship. This hybrid internship offers practical exposure to corporate law, compliance, commercial litigation support, and legal operations within a global organisation. The internship has a minimum duration of six months.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students or candidates who already hold an LL.B. degree
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research
- Keen interest in corporate law, commercial litigation, white-collar crimes, and allied areas
- Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting representations and legal documents
- Supporting legal opinions, compliance checks, and coordination on ongoing matters
- Assisting in case research, drafting pleadings, and preparing briefs for matters before
- District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and Tribunals
- Conducting legal research on privacy laws, labour codes, and regulatory updates
- Supporting management of vendor agreements, NDAs, and procurement-related documentation
- Assisting in reviewing internal policies and updating compliance frameworks
