About the Internship
Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is inviting applications for an internship with its Legal Team (Organised Trade and Sales Technology). This 4-week remote internship offers practical exposure to commercial contracts, intellectual property, technology law, and corporate legal operations while working closely with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3rd or 4th year law students
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Enterprising mindset and strong analytical abilities
- Keen interest in commercial law, intellectual property, and technology laws
- Professional attitude and willingness to work in a corporate legal environment
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Advising business teams on contractual, technology, and competition law issues
- Working on projects addressing brand protection and counterfeiting on digital platforms
- Contributing to organisational initiatives aimed at streamlining and upgrading legal operations
- Conducting legal research on emerging issues in intellectual property, data privacy, and digital commerce
- Supporting preparation of internal notes, presentations, and compliance guidelines
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on projects involving sales technology and organised trade
- Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact on business practices
