About the Internship
This work-from-home internship with EverTrust Legal provides an opportunity for law students to develop their research, drafting, and writing skills. The internship is ideal for those with prior drafting experience and a good command of Microsoft Word. The firm offers a stipend of INR 7,500/- per month, with the possibility of an increase after the first month based on performance.
Eligibility
- Law students in their third year or beyond (for five-year integrated law courses).
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior drafting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and drafting representations to effect change.
- Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, and preparing case summaries.
- Contributing meaningfully to projects while honing your writing skills.
- Creating and refining content with a focus on legal topics.
- Collaborating with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing administrative and research support.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance of the legal team.
- Supporting the legal team with various tasks and projects as assigned.
- Preparing comprehensive research reports and summaries.
