Elixir Legal, a boutique law firm specializing in GST and indirect taxation, is inviting applications for an Assessment Internship. This opportunity is ideal for law students in their final or penultimate year who are keen to gain practical experience in tax law, legal drafting, and departmental proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting replies to Show Cause Notices (SCNs), appeals, and departmental correspondences
- Conducting legal research and analyzing case law
- Preparing brief notes and case summaries
- Attending departmental proceedings, where feasible
Eligibility Criteria:
- Final-year or penultimate-year law students (3-year or 5-year course)
- Interest in Indirect Taxation and Legal Drafting
- Willingness to work from the South Delhi office
