About the Internship
CoinDCX is inviting applications for a Corporate Legal Internship for candidates interested in PE, M&A, and general corporate transactions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to high-quality corporate and regulatory work within a fast-growing fintech and crypto ecosystem.
Eligibility Criteria
- 5th-year law students or recent law graduates
- Candidates from top-tier law colleges only
- Prior internship experience with top-tier law firms or reputed companies
- Availability for full-time, in-office work
- Minimum 3 months commitment (extendable based on performance and availability)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the corporate legal team in PE, M&A, and general corporate matters
- Draft, review, and proofread commercial agreements and legal documents
- Support legal due diligence and transaction documentation
- Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and securities laws
- Prepare internal notes, trackers, and transaction summaries
- Work closely on live transactions in a high-growth business environment
