About the Internship:
Clergy and Wisemen LLP is inviting applications for a Litigation Trainee at their Delhi NCR office. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to litigation, legal drafting, and research under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Eligibility:
- Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of a 5-year integrated LL.B. course
- Fresh law graduates or final-year students may apply
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and drafting representations
- Assisting in legal analysis, drafting documents, and preparing case summaries
- Contributing meaningfully to ongoing legal projects and assignments
- Creating and refining content focused on legal topics
- Collaborating with the legal team and providing administrative and research support
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing agreements under senior guidance
- Actively engaging in litigation-related work and procedural learning
