Internship Details
Position: Legal Trainee
Location: Gurgaon
Duration: 3 Months
Start Date: Immediate
Nature of Work
- Assisting in negotiations with franchisees and vendors
- Working on NDAs, SLAs, product supply agreements, and other corporate matters
- Drafting show-cause notices and legal notices
- Preparing research notes and policy documents
- Coordinating with external counsel for legal inputs
Eligibility Criteria
- 5th-year student of 5-year law degree program OR
- PQE 0–1 year
- Strong interest in corporate law and legal documentation
