About the Internship
Brick & Bolt is inviting applications for a Legal Internship at its Bangalore office with immediate joining. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate legal and compliance work, including drafting, research, and legal documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law programme or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
- Eligibility may be relaxed based on skills and experience
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Final-year or penultimate-year students preferred
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting legal representations
- Assisting in drafting replies to show cause notices, appeals, and legal opinions
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis
- Preparing brief notes and case summaries
- Supporting legal documentation and compliance work
- Assisting in legal proceedings and related work
