About the Firm
Avighna Legal is a boutique law firm based in Mumbai, founded by Advocates Parth K. Mehta and Bhavesh Joshi. The firm offers strategic legal services across litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory, with a specialization in civil and commercial litigation, real estate disputes, corporate insolvency, debt recovery, and arbitration.
Eligibility
- Students in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5-year Law course
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Basic drafting and reviewing skills for contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft representations
- Assist in drafting legal documents and preparing case summaries
- Contribute to firm projects while enhancing legal writing skills
- Create and refine legal content for ongoing assignments
- Collaborate with the legal team, providing research and administrative support
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements under supervision
- Actively engage in litigation, research, and drafting tasks
Internship Details
- Location: Mumbai
- Duration: 1 Month
- Stipend: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 (performance-based)
