Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in North America, APAC, and MENA regions
- Research international business laws, regulations, and legal frameworks relevant to client industries
- Assist in identifying and understanding potential international clients’ legal needs and preferences
- Engage in client outreach and communication activities across global markets
- Draft briefs, memos, and legal correspondence with a focus on international business transactions and legal implications
