About the Internship
Aerie Law is a full-service global consulting firm offering cutting-edge legal solutions across sectors through a solution-oriented approach. The firm is inviting applications for its May 2025 Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity for law students to gain practical experience in legal research, content creation, and legal analysis in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
(i) Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5-year Law course
(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills
(iii) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
(iv) Strong communication, organizational, and research abilities
(v) Candidates passionate about litigation, real estate law, or corporate advisory will be preferred
Responsibilities
(i) Researching and drafting representations to effect change
(ii) Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, and preparing case summaries
(iii) Contributing meaningfully to projects while honing legal writing skills
(iv) Creating and refining content with a focus on legal topics
(v) Collaborating with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing administrative and research support
(vi) Assisting in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance of the legal team
(vii) Gaining hands-on experience in corporate law, arbitration, and legal research
(viii) Preparing comprehensive research reports and summaries
