ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Position: Legal Professional – Direct Tax
Qualification: Chartered Accountant with a Law Degree
Experience: 3–7 Years PQE
Location: Mumbai
Practice Areas: Direct Tax Litigation, Advisory & Compliance, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax and International Tax
The Mumbai office is looking for qualified Chartered Accountants with a law degree and 3–7 years of PQE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end direct tax litigation.
- Drafting and representation support.
- Handling appeals.
- Coordination with tax authorities.
- Advising on direct tax matters, including transfer pricing, corporate tax, and international tax.
Candidate Profile:
- Consistently strong academic record.
- Exceptional drafting and communication skills.
- Strong critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership.
- Proactive approach and ability to work as part of a team.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage varied assignments.
