Position: Legal Associate
Practice Area: Dispute Resolution
PQE: 0–1 Year
Location: New Delhi
The firm is looking for a young lawyer with strong legal fundamentals, sound drafting skills, and a genuine interest in building a career in dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal research and case-law analysis.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, opinions, and written submissions.
- Preparing case briefs and litigation updates.
- Assisting with dispute strategy and case preparation.
- Client conferences and legal advisory.
- Proceedings before various courts, tribunals, and forums.
- Supporting matters involving civil, criminal, commercial, banking, and regulatory disputes.
