NATURE OF WORK
The intern will receive exposure to matters involving:
- Criminal litigation.
- Civil litigation.
- Arbitration.
- Supreme Court matters.
- Delhi High Court matters.
- District Court proceedings.
- Tribunal matters.
- NCLT proceedings.
- NCLAT proceedings.
The internship will provide an opportunity to understand practical litigation work and observe legal proceedings before different courts and tribunals.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The opportunity is open to students who:
- Have an interest in litigation.
