ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Vahura is hiring for the position of Specialist – CCR | Legal & Compliance for one of the leading global investment and technology firms.
The position is based in Hyderabad and is suitable for legal professionals with relevant experience in commercial contracting, technology agreements, legal compliance, and risk assessment.
The role will involve working on legal and compliance matters relating to data evaluation and licensing agreements, along with associated risk assessments and legal projects.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates should have:
- 0.5–2.5 years of professional experience.
- LL.B. or LL.M. qualification.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating licensing agreements.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating technology agreements.
- Strong understanding of legal and compliance considerations in commercial arrangements.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates having experience involving the following areas will be highly preferred:
- MNPI – Material Non-Public Information
- PII – Personally Identifiable Information
Relevant exposure to data-related legal and compliance matters may therefore be advantageous for the role.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be involved in:
- Reviewing data evaluation agreements.
- Reviewing licensing agreements.
- Drafting and negotiating relevant commercial and technology agreements.
- Conducting legal and compliance risk assessments.
- Identifying potential legal and regulatory risks.
- Supporting legal and compliance projects.
- Assisting in matters concerning data, information, licensing, and related contractual requirements.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders on assigned legal and compliance matters.
