ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
King Stubb & Kasiva is looking for Real Estate Lawyers in Delhi with experience in Due Diligence.
The opportunity is suitable for lawyers having approximately 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and practical exposure to real estate transactions and property-related legal due diligence.
The selected candidate is expected to contribute to real estate matters with particular emphasis on due diligence and property-related legal work.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates should have:
- LL.B. qualification.
- Approximately 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Relevant experience in Real Estate Law / Property Law.
- Practical experience in Real Estate Due Diligence.
- Ability to analyse and review property-related legal documents.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
ROLE AND KEY AREA
The primary requirement for the position is experience in:
Real Estate Law and Due Diligence
The candidate may be required to assist with and handle property-related legal matters, including legal due diligence and review of relevant property documentation.
