The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Jasmeet Singh, Delhi High Court, is inviting applications for Judicial Internships on a rolling basis for the months of July 2026 to September 2026.
About the Internship
The internship offers practical exposure to judicial functioning, legal research, drafting, and court-related work. Interns will assist in matters involving statutory interpretation, legal research, writs, RTI matters, and commercial applications.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to students of all years of a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases preferred.
• Good communication and analytical abilities.
• Basic understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Assist in writ drafting and legal applications.
• Support RTI drafting and procedural work.
• Research statutory and regulatory issues.
• Assist in drafting commercial applications.
• Coordinate with counsels and other stakeholders as required.
