This internship is designed for law students and freshers seeking real-time experience in litigation practice, legal drafting, research, and procedural aspects of law.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to students of all years of a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases preferred.
• Good communication and analytical abilities.
• Basic understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Assist in writ drafting and legal applications.
• Support RTI drafting and procedural work.
• Research statutory and regulatory issues.
• Assist in drafting commercial applications.
• Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders as required.
