Job Details:
Position 1: Associate
PQE: 1–3 Years
Position 2: Senior Associate
PQE: 4–5 Years
Location: Delhi
Eligibility Criteria:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Relevant post-qualification experience as specified for the respective position.
• Prior experience with a law firm will be preferred.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Sound understanding of commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Excellent communication and client-management abilities.
• Ability to handle matters independently and work in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and written submissions.
• Assisting in arbitration and court proceedings.
• Preparing case strategies and legal briefs.
• Managing client communications and matter coordination.
• Supporting partners and senior lawyers in complex disputes.
