Applications are invited for the position of Junior Associate (Full-Time) based in New Delhi. The role offers extensive exposure to litigation and arbitration matters before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and the PMLA Tribunal.

Eligibility Criteria:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized University.
• Enrolled with the State Bar Council and Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 1.5–2 years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in legal research and case law analysis.
• Strong drafting, documentation, and compilation skills.
• Familiarity with Criminal Law, Commercial Arbitration, legal procedures, and court practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notes, and supporting documents.
• Preparing case summaries for arguments and hearings.
• Drafting briefing notes and legal documentation.
• Assisting in case management and matter coordination.
• Monitoring ongoing cases and legal developments.
• Analysing judicial opinions and legal interpretations.
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Compensation as per market standards and based on experience.
• Initial probation period of 3 months.
• Confirmation after probation based on performance and suitability.
