Eligibility Criteria

- Prior experience in banking or financial advisory matters preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Client counselling and preliminary case assessment
- Assisting in loan settlement and restructuring matters
- Drafting legal notices, replies, and regulatory representations
- Supporting SARFAESI and arbitration-related matters
- Preparing complaints before RBI and Banking Ombudsman
- Conducting research on RBI circulars and banking compliance frameworks
