A Delhi-based firm is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Civil and Commercial Litigation team. The chamber’s practice spans across the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, and other forums, with a primary focus on civil and commercial laws.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–2 years of PQE
- Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills
- Ability to assist in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and District Courts
Responsibilities
- Drafting appeals, petitions, written statements, and other pleadings
- Conducting detailed legal research
- Assisting in court proceedings and, where required, making arguments
- Supporting appearances and arguments before various judicial forums
- Handling related administrative work
