Jus Corpus: Jus Corpus is a body of legal professionals who have come together to bring various aspects and chains of law under a single umbrella. Jus Corpus, An Ed-Tech platform set up in 2020 has a wide reach of 6 lacs clicks per month on an average basis on our website (www.juscorpus.com). The inspiration was derived from the ever-growing need for Law Students. Jus Corpus has also incorporated an interdisciplinary journal and a multi-disciplinary journal as its subsidiaries named as the ‘Jus Corpus Law Journal’ & the ‘International Journal of Law Research, Education and Social Sciences’.
Chambers of Abhinav Mishra: Advocates & Solicitors: Founded in 2018 by Abhinav Mishra, the Chambers has emerged as one of the eminent legal service providers for its diverse practice capabilities and caters to matters Pan India. The Chambers assists its clients by way of handling Litigations in Courts and Tribunals and also provides Corporate Advisory as well as legal Consultancy services, on matters pertaining to IBC, M&A, Competition Laws, Restructuring of Debt, White Collar Crimes, Real Estate Laws, IPR and Arbitration proceedings.
Also, the Chambers is involved in assisting startup companies across different sectors by providing them with legal advisory and consultancy services to ensure legal compliance. The Chambers has successfully dealt with many complex issues and have rendered legal opinions on laws specific to various industries. The Chamber has in a brief span of practice procured certain reportable judgments from the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Hon’ble High Courts of various jurisdictions.
The Chamber also focuses upon promotion and development of legal education by organizing webinars under the banner of Indian Legal Renaissance on different topics pertaining to law. ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Mr. Swati Srivastava (Associate Scale II, Chambers of Abhinav Mishra: Advocates & Solicitors)
Ms. Swati Srivastava is from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and presently serves as a capable and dedicated Associate Scale II at the Chambers of Abhinav Mishra. A graduate in Journalism and Mass Communication, she brings with her a strong foundation in research, communication, and public engagement. She brings a deep commitment to her role, and is driven by a keen interest in corporate advisory, regulatory law, and compliance frameworks.
Ms. Srivastava excels in research, drafting and redlining of agreements, and preparation of contract summaries. Her work at the Chambers involves assisting in contract review, risk analysis, and compliance assessment for commercial and arbitration matters. Combining interdisciplinary training with practical legal experience, Swati is poised to contribute meaningfully to the legal landscape, particularly in areas that demand both critical insight and adaptive problem-solving.
