ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Ms. Payal Yadav (Trainee Associate, Chambers of Abhinav Mishra: Advocates & Solicitors)

Ms. Payal Yadav is a graduate of Unitedworld School of Law, Karnavati University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, and serves as a Trainee Associate at the Chambers of Abhinav Mishra. She is trained in rigorous legal research and structured legal analysis, and brings clarity, precision, and discipline to her professional engagements.

Her responsibilities at the Chambers include assisting in the drafting of pleadings, preparation of briefs, case analysis, and detailed examination of complex legal issues across diverse areas of practice. During her tenure, she has gained substantial practical exposure to specialized domains, navigating matters involving Arbitration, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). She continues to strengthen her foundation through hands-on courtroom exposure and sustained academic engagement, contributing effectively to the Chambers’ practice.
