Jus Corpus, in collaboration with Symbiosis Law School Nagpur & Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad is conducting the Virtual International Conference on ‘Women Rights in developing countries: Issues & Challenges’ on May 15, 2022.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZERS

Jus Corpus is a body of legal professionals who have come together to incorporate an interdisciplinary journal. We are a platform which is open to students, academicians, scholars, and professionals in law profession and allied fields to publish and read the content which is published in the form of articles, blogs, case comments, research articles, etc.

Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad was created under the Maharashtra National Law University Act 2014, on the 16th of March, 2017 and is one of the premier National Law Universities in India. The university is dedicated to the development and advancement of legal education and for the purpose of imparting specialized and systematic instruction, training and research in the systems of law.

The Centre for Research in International and Comparative Law is an initiative of Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad, devoted to the study of comparative and transnational laws and legal systems. It embraces analytical, theoretical, empirical and socio-legal attempts surrounding the public and private law aspects of various legal systems and aims to encourage comparative legal studies in the transnational context of legal history, theory, philosophy, legal cultures and traditions, by tracking the developments in the field across the world.

ELIGIBILITY

Research papers are invited from the academic practitioners, research scholars and the students. The papers should be author’s original work and should not be the repetition of any published work. Research Papers shall be subject to the approval of the Editorial Board and depending on the quality of papers, selected papers will be published in the form of a Book with ISBN. Co-authorship is permitted for the event (maximum 2 co-authors).

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

ABSTRACT:
  1. Word Limit: 300-500 (inclusive of keyword, minimum 3)
  2. Entire body must be in italics
  3. Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Colour: Automatic, Alignment: Justified
  4. Portrait mode
  5. Line spacing: 1.5
  6. The Cover page shall consist of the following details: Title of the Paper, Name of the author(s), Official designation/institutional details, Address, E-mail Id and Contact details of the Author(s).
  7. The subject of E-mail for submission of Abstract must be “National Seminar: Submission of Abstract & Cover Page.
  8. There must be a single file containing the cover page and abstract.
  9. Submission id: juscorpusconference@gmail.com

Note – Abstract and the paper must be aligned to the theme of the seminar. The submission must be an original product and will be subjected to plagiarism check.

FINAL PAPER:
  1. Word Limit: 3000-6000 words (exclusive of footnotes).
  2. Font: Times New Roman
  3. Font size: 12 on an A4 size paper
  4. Line Spacing: 1.5
  5. Text alignment must be justified.
  6. Footnotes should follow uniform style of citation: Blue Book 20th Edition.
  7. Font size 10 is to be maintained for Footnotes.
  8. The Cover page shall consist of the following details: Title of the Paper, Name of the author(s), Official designation/institutional details, Address, E-mail Id and Contact details of the Author(s).
  9. The subject of E-mail for submission of Full Paper must be “National Seminar: Submission of Full Paper”.

Once the Abstract is selected, participants will be sent a registration link via email.

The registration amount for the conference is:

Students: ₹1000/- (per participant)

Professionals: ₹1500/- (per participant)

The mode of payment will be duly intimated in the mail sent for the selection of the abstract.
