ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Ms. Smriti Kumari (Teaching Assistant and Research Scholar in School of Law, Bennett University)
Ms Smriti Kumari is currently working as a Teaching Assistant and Research Scholar at School of Law, Bennett University. Before joining Bennett University, She was working as an Assistant Professor at Ishan Institute of Law, Greater Noida. She is pursuing PhD, UGC NET qualified, LLM (Corporate Law) and BA-LLB (Gold Medalist) from Sharda University, Greater Noida. She is an avid researcher and her area of interest includes Criminal Jurisprudence and Forensic Justice. She has presented and published various research articles in good conferences and reputed journals.
