ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
Jus Corpus: Jus Corpus is a body of legal professionals who have come together to bring various aspects and chains of law under a single umbrella. Jus Corpus, An Ed-Tech platform set up in 2020 has a wide reach of 6 lacs clicks per month on an average basis on our website (www.juscorpus.com). The inspiration was derived from the ever-growing need for Law Students. Jus Corpus has also incorporated an interdisciplinary journal and a multi-disciplinary journal as its subsidiaries named as the ‘Jus Corpus Law Journal’ & the ‘International Journal of Law Research, Education and Social Sciences’.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Ms. Shraddha Pandit (Assistant Professor of Law, SVKM’s NMIMS, Mumbai)
She is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law and pursuing Ph.D. in Law at SVKM’s NMIMS, Mumbai. She has completed her LLM. in Criminal Law and Administration. In addition, she has also completed a Post- Graduate Diploma in IPR and a Diploma in German. She has qualified for the M-SET 2023 exam in first attempt itself. She has taught subjects such as IPR, Human Rights Family Law, Contract law, Public International Law, Law and Medicine, Jurisprudence, English, Gender Studies, Mooting, etc. as an Assistant Professor of Law at colleges affiliated to University of Mumbai and SNDT Women’s University. Having stood as a Class Topper throughout school, college and law courses, she has also participated in numerous international Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, conferences and summer schools. Her name featured in the newspapers for the Dehradun Literature Festival in 2022 and the National Advocacy Workshop in 2020, both of which she won at such a young age. She even represented her college at the Indo-German Exchange Program in 2013. She has also published numerous articles and research papers in peer reviewed journals.
