• Expertise in Title Search and Title Investigation.
• Experience in advising on Redevelopment Projects.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Conveyancing and property transactions.
• Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills for real estate documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-management abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting real estate due diligence and title investigations.
• Preparing and reviewing title search reports.
• Advising clients on redevelopment projects and related legal issues.
• Handling real estate conveyancing matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents.
