Internship Details:
Position: Legal Intern
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Duration: 2 Months (Extendable based on performance)

Eligibility Criteria:
• Students pursuing an LL.B. degree from a recognized law school.
• 3rd-year and above law students are eligible to apply.
• Prior relevant internship experience will be preferred.
• Strong interest in Corporate and Commercial Law.
• Good legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research on commercial contracts and regulatory matters.
• Assisting in contract drafting and negotiations.
• Supporting the preparation, review, and management of commercial contracts.
• Maintaining compliance trackers and monitoring regulatory obligations.
• Assisting in legal documentation and contract management processes.
• Managing legal repositories and records.
Skills Required:
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
