About the Opportunity
A reputed law firm in South Delhi is looking to hire an Associate Partner – General Corporate to strengthen its corporate advisory and transactional practice.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyer with significant experience in General Corporate law.
- Strong experience in M&A, PE/VC, corporate structuring, and commercial contracts.
- Prior law firm experience is essential.
- Proven ability to independently manage client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle corporate advisory and commercial transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements.
- Work on M&A, JV, PE and VC transactions.
- Manage client relationships and business development.
- Mentor and lead associates within the practice.
