About the Opportunity
Anhad Law is hiring for its Labour and Employment Practice for the positions of Principal Associate and Senior Associate.
Eligibility Criteria
- Principal Associate: 8–10 years PQE.
- Senior Associate: 5–7 years PQE.
- Law degree from a recognized law school.
- Membership of the Bar Council of India.
- Excellent knowledge of labour and employment laws.
- Prior experience handling employment disputes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide labour and employment law advisory.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Assist with employment-related disputes.
- Handle negotiations and provide practical legal solutions.
