Eligibility Criteria:

• Law Graduate with 0–1 year of work experience.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
• Strong foundation in legal research and drafting without the assistance of AI tools.
• Preliminary knowledge of commercial and civil law concepts.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and apply legal concepts independently.
• Initiative, sincerity, dedication, and professional responsibility are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Court appearances before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
• Conducting case law research and legal analysis.
• Drafting substantial pleadings, applications, opinions, and written submissions.
• Preparing case briefs, conference notes, and advisory documents.
• Drafting contractual documents and agreements.
• Assisting in court filings, registry coordination, and procedural compliance.
• Attending client conferences and assisting in case management.
• Supporting knowledge management initiatives, legal articles, and research papers.

• Supreme Court of India
• High Courts
• NCLT
• NCLAT
• ITAT
• CESTAT
• District Courts
• Various Tribunals and Commissions

Compensation:

Retainer: ₹25,000 per month
• Travel allowance for case-related commuting.
• Case-specific allowances wherever opportunities arise.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
(Subject to variation depending on work requirements.)
