Eligibility Criteria:
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good command over written and spoken English.
• Strong foundation in legal research and drafting.
• Experienced advocates with prior litigation exposure are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities.
• Keen interest in dispute resolution and litigation practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting and reviewing:
- Agreements
- Contracts
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Vendor Agreements
- Lease Deeds
• Handle matters relating to:
- Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)
- Arbitration Proceedings
- Litigation before High Courts and the Supreme Court of India
• Maintain and organize legal documentation and records.
• Assist in preparing legal notices and replies.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding legal documentation.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on ongoing matters.
