Role Overview
- Leading and managing multi-location legal operations
- Handling litigation strategy and SARFAESI enforcement
- Supervising recovery execution across the state

Preferred Experience
Candidates with strong practical exposure in the following areas will be preferred:
- SARFAESI Proceedings (13(2), 13(4), DM/CMM Applications, Physical Possession & Enforcement)
- Section 138 NI Act Matters
- Arbitration & Execution Petitions
- MP RRC Proceedings & Recovery Litigation
- Court Coordination & Field Enforcement
- Stakeholder Handling & Recovery Operations
Preferred Candidates
- Strong execution capability in recovery matters
- Ability to independently manage enforcement work
- Immediate joiners or candidates able to join within 30 days preferred
