Position: Manager – Legal & Transaction Advisory
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3+ years
Qualification: LL.B./LL.M. or equivalent
Joining: Immediate
Preference: Non-Litigation
Relevant Experience: Mortgage, Lending, Banking, or BFSI sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Title Search and TSR vetting.
- Legal due diligence and ownership verification.
- Mortgage legal advisory and compliance.
- Risk and fraud prevention.
- Mortgage documentation.
- Client escalations and TAT management.
- Team leadership and mentoring.
- Client and stakeholder relationship management.
