ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mission Accessibility is hiring for the position of Litigation and Policy Associate to work on disability justice and strategic human rights litigation.
Position: Litigation and Policy Associate
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Qualification: LL.B.
Experience: Approximately 2 years of litigation experience preferred; relaxed for exceptional candidates
Remuneration: ₹45,000/month during probation; ₹50,000/month thereafter
Mode: Full-time, In-person
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting writ petitions, pleadings and representations
- Conducting high-quality legal research
- Appearing/assisting in court
- Engaging in policy advocacy
- Institutional capacity building
- Registry coordination
