Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client calls, emails, and professional communications
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative coordination
  • Organize travel, bookings, and maintain related documentation
  • Maintain office records, schedules, and reports
  • Oversee pantry, stationery, and office supplies
  • Coordinate office technology inventory and ensure upkeep
  • Support HR and finance documentation
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and send reminders
  • Set up Zoom/Teams calls and prepare weekly task lists
  • Assist with travel arrangements, visa processes, and accommodations
