Janssen Sanghavi & Co. is inviting applications from law students to join its Bombay office as Paralegals. The opportunity is particularly suited to students interested in International Tax Law and advanced legal research.
About the Opportunity
The role involves a commitment of 20 hours per week for at least one year. Selected students will have the opportunity to undertake intellectually stimulating research and contribute meaningfully in an engaging professional environment.
Eligibility Criteria
• Law students with a demonstrable interest in International Tax Law.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Hindi and/or French will be an added advantage.
• Interest in International Tax Law may be demonstrated through participation in an international tax moot court competition, published/insightful writing on international tax, or prior internship experience involving international tax work.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth research in International Tax Law.
• Undertake research relating to Constitutional Law.
• Assist with legal research and paralegal assignments.
• Contribute meaningfully to ongoing legal work.
• Support the team with detailed and research-oriented assignments.
