Aretha Legal is inviting applications for an Associate position at its Delhi NCR office. The opportunity is suited to lawyers with strong transactional experience who are looking to work on sophisticated corporate transactions and gain direct exposure to deal execution and client work.
About the Opportunity
The firm is looking to hire one Associate with 3–4 years of PQE (A3/A4). The selected candidate will work directly with the senior team on a range of transactions, primarily involving M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.
Eligibility Criteria
• 3–4 years of PQE.
• Strong transactional experience in M&A, PE and/or VC.
• Relevant experience in these practice areas is essential.
• Strong understanding of corporate transactions and deal execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Work on Mergers & Acquisitions transactions.
• Assist with Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions.
• Participate in deal execution from transaction structuring through completion.
• Work directly with the senior team on ongoing transactions.
• Assist with client-related work and transactional assignments.
