About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for the position of Regional Legal Manager – Litigation to manage legal and litigation operations across Madhya Pradesh. This role is ideal for experienced legal professionals with strong litigation exposure in the NBFC or banking sector and the ability to independently manage regional legal operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree (mandatory)
- Age up to 41 years
- Strong litigation experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services sector
- Sound knowledge of labour, contract, and property laws
- Experience in compliance and regulatory matters
- Ability to manage legal operations and litigation independently
- Professional leadership and coordination skills
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Managing litigation portfolio and attending court hearings
- Liaising with external lawyers and legal advisors
- Drafting and vetting agreements including lease, leave & license, and contracts
- Handling property due diligence and legal verification
- Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
- Providing legal advisory support to business teams
- Monitoring and optimising legal processes and associated costs
