The Real Estate Division of Essel Group is inviting applications for its In-House Legal Team. The organisation is looking for experienced litigation professionals with strong expertise in real estate disputes, insolvency matters, and commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings before NCLT involving real estate projects and assets
- Managing civil and commercial disputes including recovery suits, injunctions, title disputes, and specific performance matters
- Driving arbitration and dispute resolution strategies in development agreements and joint ventures
- Coordinating with external counsel and ensuring timely litigation updates
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, notices, and transaction documents
- Representing the company before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience with a strong focus on real estate matters
- Hands-on experience before NCLT in IBC proceedings involving real estate matters
- Strong experience in civil suits, appeals, arbitration, and commercial litigation
- Thorough understanding of:
- Real Estate Laws
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
- Contract Law
- Property Rights
- Title Due Diligence
- Transaction Structuring
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
